Good to know

Wristbands are given only to guests physically present at the ticket booth on the day of use, and the purchaser must show ID. Tickets are valid for one day. Outdoor parks are open Memorial Day through Labor Day; Extreme Rides are not included. All sales are final, though we can move your date — call Guest Services at 1-800-800-4997. If redeeming in the off season, limited attractions are available.
